Headquartered in Gusu District, Suzhou, we operate two modern production bases in Suzhou and Anhui, equipped with fully automated production lines and advanced testing equipment. Our annual output capacity and sales volume maintain a leading position in the domestic industry, with annual revenue exceeding 80 million RMB.
Our core product lines feature long lifespan, high ripple current resistance and low impedance, widely applied in communication power supplies, UPS, industrial inverters, servo drives, welding machines and medical equipment. In the fitness equipment sector, our capacitors hold over 70% market share, serving renowned brands such as ICON, Shuhua and A.O. Smith. We also supply to leading enterprises like Leadshine and HollySys, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.

Focusing on technological innovation, we hold multiple patents and proprietary software copyrights, with our 700V high-voltage products leading domestically.   • The Beginning – Established in Beijing
     
    The company was founded in Beijing, starting its journey in the aluminum electrolytic capacitor industry with a focus on independent research and development and high-quality manufacturing. It initially built its reputation by providing reliable capacitor solutions for industrial control and power supply equipment.
  • Strategic Relocation & Expansion to Suzhou

    Suzhou Youyou Capacitor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially established.
    The entire production base was relocated from Beijing to Suzhou, leveraging the advanced industrial chain and talent advantages in the Yangtze River Delta to enhance production capacity and product quality.
  • Establishment of Anhui Production Base
     
    Construction commenced on the Anhui manufacturing facility, marking a key step in expanding large-scale production.
  • Anhui factory launched
     
    The Anhui factory was officially put into operation, becoming the core production base for large and extra-large aluminum electrolytic capacitors, significantly increasing the company's overall annual output.
  • Equipment Upgrade & Technological Innovation

    In May 2013, the company completed a major upgrade of core production equipment, with cumulative investments exceeding 15 million RMB.
  • International expansion & CE/CB certification
     
    • The company expanded its business scope to include import and export rights, officially entering the international market.
    • Products successfully passed CE and CB certifications, fully complying with EU standards.
    • Established long-term partnerships with renowned domestic and international enterprises such as Leisai, Hollysys, A.O. Smith, Icon Health & Fitness, and became a dominant supplier (over 70% market share) in the fitness equipment controller sector.
  • Digital Manufacturing & Industry Leadership

    • Adhered to the core concept of "Software-Defined Manufacturing", independently developed a dedicated MES system, and realized full digitalization of the production process.
    • Possesses 2 national patents and 8 software copyrights for production control, with technical performance reaching over 90% of imported counterparts.
    • Annual revenue exceeded 80 million RMB, with products widely used in industrial UPS, servo drives, frequency converters, new energy, and medical equipment.
